North Football Champions
I am so proud of my boy's. They are amazing football players. Colby plays quarterback and outside linebacker and Owen played defensive line and wide receiver sometimes. Their football team name was North Orem and we went undefeated this season 8-0. They only let 4 touchdowns be scored against them the whole season and scored over 20 points a game, until the championship game. This was an amazing game to watch! Spanish Fork came out to play and beat us, they played so good and our team had to work every single second of the game!! The final score was 7-6. The last play was the most amazing play! We were all screaming and jumping up and down, it was crazy. So, it was freezing cold and in the morning, Spanish Fork had the ball, there was about 10 seconds left in the game, and we were winning 7-6. They just needed a touchdown to win the game, their quarterback runs the ball (it was an amazing run) and the touchdown line is the 10 yard line. He is about to make it into the end zone when our guy does a shoe string tackle and stops him less than a foot away from the goal line. It was crazy and so exciting, Kenny ran up to Colby and Owen to give them a big hug for stopping them. Owen was so excited and Colby just broke down crying so hard, Kenny asked him if he was OK cause he thought he was hurt but he was just so glad it was over and they won. I was taping it and when I finally got down there to give him a hug he teared up again, Colby and Owen love this game so much. Colby had a lot of pressure on him this game cause of the positions he plays and they rely on him a lot. He thought they were going to lose, but they pulled it out. It was a great way to end the season on such a hard game. They worked so hard and deserve it!! Enjoy the video that I took, we are the black team and Spanish is the white. Try to put the video in full screen so you can see the tackle and where he landed. Our coach is the one who threw up his arms cause they didn't get it not because it was a touchdown. Spanish Forks coach was so emotional he got a little mad and threw his clipboard down, it was an intense game!! Kenny is in the back ground in a black just going crazy!

Football Season Is Here!!
The Barton family loves football season. Not only to watch games on t.v. but also the boys play tackle football and they are doing awesome. I am going to brag about them in this post cause I am so proud at how hard they play!! They have won every single game and have held the teams to either one touch down or they have not been able to score. There team has scored at least 3-5 touchdowns per game. Colby plays offense and defence, on offense he plays quarter back. He can run the ball for a touchdown, he can throw and do hand offs. It is so fun to watch him play and he really leads the team. On defence he play linebacker and has only let maybe one or two players get by him, he goes after them and tackles hard. Owen plays mainly defence and offense some times. He plays defensive end on the line. It's so crazy to watch him on the line because he is always the smallest guy out there and he breaks through to the quarter back every time!! Owen has had so many sacks it's hard to count, he has also made the other teams fumble often and recovered it. One game he just kept breaking through so the other team put two of there biggest players on him and it still didn't stop him! Owen has a passion for football that I have never seen before he plays with his whole heart and is very tough! I am just really proud of them they work so hard to become the best player they can be! Miss Ellie and little McCoy come to every game with me and are so good to be dragged to every game, even the 8:30am games. Here are some pictures of the last month, some are football and some are just of the family.

McCoy Kooper Barton
McCoy Kooper Barton was born on July 17, 2011. He was 7lbs 5oz. We love him so much and he is so cute and changes everyday. I don't have any pictures from the hospital when he was first born cause we lost the camera card, which makes me really sad. These pictures are when he was around a week or two old.

San Diego, Sea World, Chase and Callies Wedding, Cedar Hills Parade
The summer continues, we drove to San Diego and got to go to Chase(my brother) wedding. Ellie was the flower girl and they got married on the edge of a cliff, it was a really great wedding! We also went to Sea World. It ended up being a great trip we were worried Kenny would have to deliver the baby on the side of the road cause I am 8months pregnant but I made the 11 hour drive there and back just fine!!
