The other thing that happened this week is Colby got his haircut by Uncle Kooper. Uncle Kooper cuts his hair the best!! Colby was not to sure about cutting his hair(probably cause mommy is always telling him how she loves it long with his curls), but I wanted to cut it before summer because he gets so hot with it long. When we got home that night he could not stop saying how much he loved his hair cut short!!! Poor kid probably felt not so hot with all that long hair on his head. As much as Kenny and I love his curls it was time to get done.
One more thing, as most of you know I love to cook!! I have decided each week I am going to post my recipe of the week. It might be a family favorite or just a new one that I tried and we loved. Lot's of people ask for my recipe's so hopefully this will make it so they can get some of them. If you like a recipe and want someone else to try it you are more than welcome to tell them our blog name to find it. If I get good feed back with this I can post deserts too and If you have a request for something that you know I make or want me to post just tell me and I will be more than happy to try out the recipe and post it for that week. It will be fun for me if you guys try the recipe that week and tell me how you liked it, or if it needs something different. Plus you will have at least one idea for dinner that week. We all know how hard it is to come up with new things for dinner!! I am going to post them at the very bottom of the page by the music, so scroll down for the recipe.

Tell Kenny happy birthday from us too. Kenny's is also the only birthday we remember. I think it is because they always talk about 9 on the 9th EVERYTIME we are together for their birthday. ha ha
